Luke
The warehouse manager responsible for the supplies and inventory in the shop. He is a Lead Technician with 6+ years of experience in sales, repairs, estimates and new installs. Many of our happy customers remember him and his beard.
Thomas
A manager that supervises the procedures of the dispatch office, including the purchase orders. He has a special skill set for custom projects and fabrication. For years he has strengthened relationships with our suppliers and vendors.
James
A service manager that supervises the quality control and holds our team accountable for excellence in the field. His experience has made him an expert at all things garage doors with specialized knowledge in storm/wind damaged doors.
Mike
The most recent technician to join our team, still new to Arizona. He comes to us with impressive industry skills and knowledge. He has a talent for optimizing your garage door to peak performance. FUN FACT: He is U.S. Army National Guard.
Jake
A service technician with experience in installations, repairs and sales. Repairing broken springs is an area that he excels. His kind, knowledgeable manner and attention to detail is often noted and appreciated in our customer reviews.
Rebekah
The friendly face behind all the business accounting tasks including banking, employee payroll, purchase orders and accounts payable to vendors or suppliers. After hours she is often answering phones and scheduling urgent service calls.
Tambria
One of the friendly voices in the dispatch office that many customers recognize while scheduling a service call. She is an important part of the office, dependable, efficient and very knowledgeable. FUN FACT: She is also the original receptionist from the early days of our company.
Julie
An office staff member that focuses her efforts on all things marketing. Her responsibilites include SEO, social media, networking, public relations, printed materials, advertising and online digital marketing. "Marketing isn't magic, there is a science to it... and I can help!"
