By scheduling a service appointment with Gecko Garage Door Service (“Brand”) and our parent company, Gecko Garage Doors Inc (and together, “we”, “our”, or “us”)  you agree to receive phone, email, or text communications from us per these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which state that we will never share your personal information or spam you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile Device Phone Numbers may be used for SMS/MMS Messaging this privacy statement is a mandatory requirement from the Mobile Network Operators and must be communicated to our customers when they are agreeing to receive SMS/MMS from our Brand/Organization, Gecko Garage Doors Inc. Customers may text STOP to opt-out or cancel, text HELP for more information/questions or contact us by phone at 623-546-8868 or email at contact@geckogarage.com. Message and data rates may apply.  No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts conversations to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback or review requests, project updates, and/or follow up.

You can expect to receive many messages from us, with more frequent occurences connected to an upcoming service appointment (such as, but not limited to the following; appointment reminders, technician en route alert, invoice payment request) and less frequent messages after the service call is complete (such as, but not limited to the following; paid receipt, review request, yearly maintenance due notice, company newsletter).

You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
